Opportunity to voyage to the Ross Sea, Antarctica in January 2014

An exciting opportunity has come about for a number of expeditioners to travel down to the Ross Sea, Antarctica in January 2014.

The Spirit of Enderby's sister ship,  theAkademik Shokalskiy  (which was previously operated by Heritage Expeditions), has been chartered for a cruise to the Ross Sea by a natural history company with a strong wildlife focus.

The Expedition Leader for this departure has many years of experience leading Antarctic expeditions, and will be accompanied by some of our most experienced staff members on a very similar itinerary to the Spirit of Enderby'sWe have a number of berths available to sell on this special expedition to one of the most pristine and extraordinary areas of the planet.

The Akademik Shokalskiy is scheduled to depart from the port of Bluff, New Zealand on 17 January 2014 on a 30 day itinerary. Please contact us for a full voyage itinerary.  We recommend getting in quick as opportunities to visit the Ross Sea do not last for long.
