New Zealand Antarctic Medal awarded to Baden Norris

Baden Norris - a worthy and humble recipient of the New Zealand Antarctic Medal for services to Antarctic history and conservation -  is a wealth of knowledge on all things Antarctic.  He is also a past lecturer with Heritage Expeditions.

The Heritage Expeditions team are excited to see recognition of Baden's involvement with the continent since his first visit in 1964.  This recent award comes after his Queen's Service Order for services to the community which he received in 2006, a reflection of his
passion for history and generosity in sharing his knowledge with the community.
