Expanded Air Services between Alaska and Far East Russia

Direct flights have resumed between Anchorage, Alaska and Russia's Far East, with air service provided by Yakutia Airlines. Reflecting the growing tourism in the Far East Russian region, the new schedule of flights allows more flexibility for visitors exploring the wonders of the Kamchatka Peninsula (landing at Petropavlovsk), and other Siberian destinations. Travellers can utilise this new air service schedule to visit and explore one of last unspoiled areas of the world, including volcanoes, glaciers, hot springs, unrivalled wildlife and plantlife. Click here to see the full article in the Anchorage Daily Times.
