Heading South to the Ross Sea

It was a wet and windy welcome when we sailed into Bluff in the early hours of yesterday morning, signalling the end of our Forgotten Islands voyage. Saying our goodbyes after a final breakfast, we farewelled our expeditioners and spent the day getting Spirit of Enderby ready for her first 'Ross Sea: In the Wake of Scott & Shackleton' journey. Today the weather gods have pulled one out of the bag with near perfect cloudy and calm conditions as we steam down to The Snares.
