Bears!
We were keen to see some Kamchatka Brown Bears during our landings and have not been disappointed. Yesterday afternoon we encountered a particularly curious bear that approached to within 30 metres of our group before lying down and entertaining us with a number of different antics. This morning we watched as two “fished” in a creek and when they grew tired of that they climbed onto the bank where we had great views of them.
