Mount Honey Climb
We woke to a beautiful sunny morning in Perseverance Harbour and those who wanted to climb Mount Honey where additional species of megaherbs could be seen, made an early start at 6.15am to make the most of the great conditions. Those who preferred a later start were given the option of another visit to the Southern Royal Albatross nesting site on Col-Lyall saddle or a Zodiac cruise into the northern inlets of Perseverance Harbour. A great morning was had by all and the groups returned to the ship for lunch, after which the anchor was lifted and we set a course for The Snares.
