Bears on the Beach

Feodota Bay

Dropped anchor around 6am and a sent out a scout boat to see what wildlife was around before landing our passengers. There were three Brown Bears on the beach so the crew returned to the vessel to pick up those interested in getting closer to these foraging animals. We cautiously made our way back to the beach and the bears were still there so everyone got some great photos.

After the bears had departed we landed on the beach giving everyone free time to explore the bay. We are now making our run to Okhotsk and plan to arrive there in the morning.
