Our trusty expedition vessel Spirit of Enderby is once again ice bound after we set sail on our second Ross Sea voyage of the season yesterday. Pulling out of the Port of Bluff and into near perfect sailing conditions signalled the start of our 30-day adventure down to Antarctica. Excitement was high among our full complement of expeditioners on board, with many joining us in the bridge or watching the tail end of the South Island fade in our wake from the decks. First stop - The Snares.
