First Iceberg Ahoy!

Iceberg ahead! We started the morning with some excitement at sea – the bridge spotted the first iceberg at 1010 hours. Everyone enjoyed some fresh air on deck while we passed by the blue berg. The rest of the day was filled with lectures and documentaries increasing our knowledge and anticipation for arriving at the continent. The sea became a bit rougher in the afternoon, and we are still making good progress to Cape Adare.
