Snares Morning

The weather and sea conditions were on our side this morning so we were able to go our on our first Zodiac cruise for this expedition and explore the coastline of the Snares Islands. The highlight of the excursion was great views of the endemic Snares Crested Penguin, but we also saw the endemic Tomtit and Fernbird. We are now running towards Enderby Island in better than forecast conditions and will arrive in the early hours of the morning for a full day ashore.
