Kresta Bay Time Out

We farewelled the last expeditioners from the 'Siberia's Forgotten Coast' voyage yesterday and reviewed again what a wonderful time we all enjoyed together tracking northwards along the Kamchatka coastline. We are now en-route to historic Kresta Bay where we will anchor for a few days. The ship is quiet now with just 6 expedition staff aboard. They plan to recharge their batteries with some reading, writing and a few hikes through the tundra while the crew performs regular maintenance tasks before our three voyages to Wrangel Island.
