The Home Stretch

Our latest Ross Sea adventure is almost at an end. As I write this, we are steaming towards Bluff where our current group of contented expeditioners will disembark and return home with their stories of the Southern Ocean. After encountering high seas on our departure from Dunedin we enjoyed idyllic conditions for much of the voyage and made most of our landings. Our lucky expedition team and crew gets to do it all again starting Thursday when we look forward to a re-match with the elements which mould this unique part of the world.
