Coast Guard Contact
Position: 68 North 169 West
Weather: Dry and overcast with occasional blue patches
Temp: Much milder than previous days, around 8º
The geology team was up working all night so while they slept all day, the biologists were getting ready for their turn to work around the clock, as all the next stations involve just them.

This evening we suddenly had our first outside human contact in some weeks as the US Coast guard checked out our activities then continued on their way.
