Campbell Island
At this time of the year Campbell Island is particularly important for Albatross courtship and we witnessed the amorous behaviour of various pairs. The weather in the morning did not look promising for our landing but it turned out to be a glorious day. Each time we visit we note the continuing regeneration of the mega herbs and subsequently the birdlife, which makes this island one of the highligts on our itinerary.
